You Need A Mentor If You Want To Be Successful At Affiliate Marketing On The Internet

I've found that many people that want to learn affiliate marketing on the internet are terribly stubborn about doing things their own way, regardless of whether it will work or not. I've come across some individuals that they either don't know what they're doing and won't get the proper training they need, refuse to spend any money at all on their internet marketing education, spend money on everything that looks good to them and end up broke, dive head first into markets that end up bleeding all their money, try to reinvent the wheel by producing a brand new product that no one knows about, cares about or is looking for or just plain gives up and says that affiliate marketing doesn't work.

If this is you then please do yourself a favor and re-enlist for that job at Micky D's. I hear they're looking for a few good individuals that can ask "would you like fries with that" and really smile like they mean it.

All right, I'll quit picking on people, but I will say one more thing and let this sink in. Unless you are someone that is of above average intelligence, you will struggle to make money as an affiliate. There are exceptions, of course, but there are also some pretty smart cookies that haven't made a dime either, so take that into consideration before you start doubting me.

The best thing that you can do if you are truly interested in affiliate marketing on the internet for a living is to get yourself a good mentor that is having success by doing exactly what it is that you want to do. Don't be afraid to ask questions but don't shoot yourself in the foot by insisting on having it your way. Successful people won't deal with that. If you're so dead set on having it "your way", I hear Burger King is hiring.
